BE CONSISTENT. NOT PERFECT.

Until 3 years ago, I used to be a perfectionist. Research had to be thorough; execution perfect πŸ’―.

As a result, I was in the research phase for a LONG time and hardly executed anything πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’». This included my nutrition, work, and lifestyle.

It made my life fairly uneventful with moments of sheer terror and stress 😡🀯. For a while it was fine... until it was not.

The lack of consistency and organisation drove me nuts🌰πŸ₯œ. I was constantly stressed, and I felt like it was me against the world, in a bad way.

After one final crash, I decided to do something about it. I got myself a plannerπŸ““, one that would help me schedule but also gave me the ability to reflect on my week and break my big goals down into many small, doable steps✍🏻.

Not going to lie, I still have moments of sheer terror and stress (I’m only humanπŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ), but they’re far fewer these days.

And I’m now able to execute my plans often and consistently. When I do face a wall, instead of panicking, I adjust accordingly.
