HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU EAT?

This was always one of the bigger questions I'd wonder about.

Simply speaking, it depends.

It depends on

πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈ physical activity

πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’» lifestyle

and much more

Before I used to be obsessed with weighing my food intake and getting the numbers right. This drove me insane! 🀯πŸ€ͺ
