HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU EAT?


This was always one of the bigger questions I'd wonder about.


Simply speaking, it depends.


It depends on

🔢 age, height, and weight

🤸🏻‍♀️ physical activity

👨🏻‍💻 lifestyle

and much more


Before I used to be obsessed with weighing my food intake and getting the numbers right. This drove me insane! 🤯🤪


And at the end of the day, all these calculations are only an estimation. 🤷🏻‍♀️

🍱 Focus on eating wholefoods with occasional treats 🍫

🤔 Use the calculation as "guidelines I can refer to" rather than "rules I must follow"

It's liberating to know I can enjoy my food and still be active and healthy without obsessing over the numbers.
