
The other day, I was talking to someone about health.
She asked was it possible to lose weight fast and how? ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Yes, itโs possible to lose weight quickly. However, most people who lose weight fast also quickly gain the weight back up. ๐
That's because they changed their lifestyle too suddenly and too greatly. Thereโs nothing wrong with that; itโs just that for many that meant NO ๐ฉ, NO ๐บ, and basically NO FUN. This results in wanting (but not having) that ๐ฉ, or ๐บ, or fun.
Imagine telling a ๐ถ it canโt eat its favourite ๐ฅฉ on its feet. It may be able to hold out for a while, but as soon as the leash comes off, all hell breaks loose.
So rather than making big changes in a short time, I prefer CONSISTENTLY implementing SMALL changes that ADD UP over time. โณ
These changes can be so small that you barely notice how your lifestyle is affected by it! ๐๐ป
Later on, when you reflect back on how you were back then, youโll see that you have come a LONG way. ๐
Youโll reach your goal; youโll be happy; and you'll appreciate life. ๐
