The other day, I was talking to someone about health.

She asked was it possible to lose weight fast and how? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, it’s possible to lose weight quickly. However, most people who lose weight fast also quickly gain the weight back up. 📈

That's because they changed their lifestyle too suddenly and too greatly. There’s nothing wrong with that; it’s just that for many that meant NO 🍩, NO 🍺, and basically NO FUN. This results in wanting (but not having) that 🍩, or 🍺, or fun.

Imagine telling a 🐶 it can’t eat its favourite 🥩 on its feet. It may be able to hold out for a while, but as soon as the leash comes off, all hell breaks loose.

So rather than making big changes in a short time, I prefer CONSISTENTLY implementing SMALL changes that ADD UP over time. ⏳

These changes can be so small that you barely notice how your lifestyle is affected by it! 🙌🏻

Later on, when you reflect back on how you were back then, you’ll see that you have come a LONG way. 🌌

You’ll reach your goal; you’ll be happy; and you'll appreciate life. 😃
