SAY YES


The other day, I was talking to someone about health.


She asked was it possible to lose weight fast and how? šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø


Yes, it’s possible to lose weight quickly. However, most people who lose weight fast also quickly gain the weight back up. šŸ“ˆ


That's because they changed their lifestyle too suddenly and too greatly. There’s nothing wrong with that; it’s just that for many that meant NO šŸ©, NO šŸŗ, and basically NO FUN. This results in wanting (but not having) that šŸ©, or šŸŗ, or fun.


Imagine telling a 🐶 it can’t eat its favourite 🄩 on its feet. It may be able to hold out for a while, but as soon as the leash comes off, all hell breaks loose.


So rather than making big changes in a short time, I prefer CONSISTENTLY implementing SMALL changes that ADD UP over time. ā³


These changes can be so small that you barely notice how your lifestyle is affected by it! šŸ™ŒšŸ»


Later on, when you reflect back on how you were back then, you’ll see that you have come a LONG way. 🌌


You’ll reach your goal; you’ll be happy; and you'll appreciate life. 😃
