Part of the reason I donโt like restrictive diets is because they tend to tell you what you CAN and CANโT eat.
Imagine this๐ญ.
Letโs say you wanted to lose weight, and so you decide to cut off some of your favourite snacks including ๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐. Initially itโs fine; but as the weeks go by, you start to miss your ๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐. You hold on because you have a goal weight to meet๐ฏ.
After months of holding out you reach your weight. Youโre relieved and happy๐! And finally you reward yourself with some ๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐.
You eat whatever you want for the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and you go back on the scale only to find youโve gained back the weight that took you months to lose and then some ๐ญ.
This scenario doesnโt have to be a reality.
๐ ๐ปโโ๏ธ You do NOT have to completely deprive yourself in order to achieve your goal. You CAN eat what you love โค๏ธ and still lose weight with the right strategies ๐.
