LOSE WEIGHT WHILE EATING ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿช๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ•

Part of the reason I donโ€™t like restrictive diets is because they tend to tell you what you CAN and CANโ€™T eat.

Imagine this๐Ÿ’ญ.

Letโ€™s say you wanted to lose weight, and so you decide to cut off some of your favourite snacks including ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿช๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ•. Initially itโ€™s fine; but as the weeks go by, you start to miss your ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿช๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ•. You hold on because you have a goal weight to meet๐ŸŽฏ.

After months of holding out you reach your weight. Youโ€™re relieved and happy๐Ÿ˜ƒ! And finally you reward yourself with some ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿช๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ•.

You eat whatever you want for the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and you go back on the scale only to find youโ€™ve gained back the weight that took you months to lose and then some ๐Ÿ˜ญ.

This scenario doesnโ€™t have to be a reality.

๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ You do NOT have to completely deprive yourself in order to achieve your goal. You CAN eat what you love โค๏ธ and still lose weight with the right strategies ๐Ÿ˜‰.
