Part of the reason I don’t like restrictive diets is because they tend to tell you what you CAN and CAN’T eat.
Imagine this💭.
Let’s say you wanted to lose weight, and so you decide to cut off some of your favourite snacks including 🍩🍪🧀🍕. Initially it’s fine; but as the weeks go by, you start to miss your 🍩🍪🧀🍕. You hold on because you have a goal weight to meet🎯.
After months of holding out you reach your weight. You’re relieved and happy😃! And finally you reward yourself with some 🍩🍪🧀🍕.
You eat whatever you want for the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and you go back on the scale only to find you’ve gained back the weight that took you months to lose and then some 😭.
This scenario doesn’t have to be a reality.
🙅🏻♀️ You do NOT have to completely deprive yourself in order to achieve your goal. You CAN eat what you love ❤️ and still lose weight with the right strategies 😉.
