We see or hear people saying, give yourself time⏳. They're not wrong, but the other half of that equation is, you also need to PUT IN THE WORK 🏋🏻‍♀️.

Whether you take steroids to build muscle 💪🏻or supplements to lose weight💊, you still need to put in the hours at the gym and/or make conscious change(s) to your diet🥦🥑🍗.

It's not all bad though!

From my own experience and the experiences of my past and present clients, you are proportionally rewarded for the effort you put in. The more you put in it, the more changes you'll see.📈

Change is simple but not necessarily easy.

So it's usually best to gradually add changes 🐢 rather than make one big drastic change🐇 all the time. (This part is essential if you want to make more permanent changes)

🛣️Your journey to your dream body is just as important as attaining that dream body itself!

This is what I always strive for when I work with my crew: ➡️ guide them towards their destination while still enjoying the food they love 🤤 and the activities they do🥇.
