One way to have an activity sustainably and permanently be part of your lifestyle is to choose one you love ❤️.

This idea can be applied to many situations including but not limited to:

❤️ Your health

💪🏻 Your fitness

🍱 Your nutrition

Personally, I love:

😃 Being able to do whatever I want (and be able to do it for as long as I want)

🥋 Doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) supplemented by Weight Training

🍫 Eating mostly healthy food, while occasionally indulging

Having said that, I understand these may not be for everyone. And finding out what is right for you is part of the journey and fun😆.

It may be frustrating when you’re doing an activity or eating food you don’t like. 🙅🏻‍♀️ I’m here to say it doesn’t have to be that way.

🥳Once you’ve found the right activities and strategies, staying fit and healthy won’t feel like work.
