In the past I thought being healthy meant

🍱 Eating nutritious but BORING food

🏋🏻‍♂️Exercising regularly

It was fine initially, but it got boring quick. Because of that, I kept rebounding to my old ways 🙈. Fortunately, it doesn't have to be like that! 🥳

Instead I played it like a game.

Let's say you wanted to overall be healthier.

Step 1️⃣: List out what "be healthier" means to you. This could be

🤸🏻‍♀️ Exercise at least 4 times a week

🥦 Eat more nutritious food

Once you're done with that, that leads to Step 2️⃣: Prioritize 1 idea and Break that goal down. If we take exercise as an example,

🥉 3rd place: exercise twice a week

🥈 2nd place: exercise 3 times a week

🥇1st place: exercise 4 times a week

Finally, Step 3️⃣: Give yourself a "probation" period to see how ONE Stage fits into your lifestyle⏳. You're only human. It is alright to give yourself grace.

Once you've achieved 1st place 🥇of ONE idea, you can repeat the Steps for the others!

Over time, you will be amazed at how much you've achieved!
