🤸🏻♂️ To get enough MOVEMENT on a weekly basis - they may be different while gyms are closed but they're still possible
🛌🏻 To get enough REST mentally and physically to prevent burnout
💧 Overall, to practice proper HYGIENE to reduce risks
All these ACTIONS are what will contribute to your overall health.
🎬 Messy Action is Better than Perfect Inaction.
This is why I coach my clients to TAKE ACTION NO MATTER HOW SMALL. Small changes still add up over time. And it is better than knowing but NOT doing anything.
