I know 2020 hasnโ€™t exactly worked out for you, and 2021 is also full of uncertainties too.

While there are so many things we can't control. There are still things we CAN control.


Your health is one of them! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป


Yes, covid ๐Ÿฆ  may make it trickier, but it does NOT mean it's completely out of your hands.


You can still ensure

๐Ÿฑ Your body gets enough NUTRITION to function daily

๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ To get enough MOVEMENT on a weekly basis - they may be different while gyms are closed but they're still possible

๐Ÿ›Œ๐Ÿป To get enough REST mentally and physically to prevent burnout

๐Ÿ’ง Overall, to practice proper HYGIENE to reduce risks


All these ACTIONS are what will contribute to your overall health.


๐ŸŽฌ Messy Action is Better than Perfect Inaction.


This is why I coach my clients to TAKE ACTION NO MATTER HOW SMALL. Small changes still add up over time. And it is better than knowing but NOT doing anything.
