Have you ever had a moment in time where you’ve had an epiphany and you go “I want to get all this shit done NOW😠.”

Believe me, I’ve experienced that too in several aspects of my life, including my health🤗 and fitness💪🏻. Having said that, sometimes THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE TAKE TIME 🕰️.

I admire the tenacity and fire to push through🔥. However, I also know what it’s like to crash and burn when you hit a roadblock along the way😖🥴.

It’s like having a sugar-high🤪. While you’re on a roll, you just keep going. But as soon as that high is gone, you feel like crap and unsure of what just happened or how you rebounded. So give yourself time to rest and digest💆🏻‍♀️.

Long term strategies work because you slowly implement them over time, and not because you flip your whole world upside down in one go 🙃🤸🏻‍♂️.

If you feel like you’re not doing enough, reflect back on your past week, month, or even year. Journal it even so you can LITERALLY SEE how far you’ve come. 📖✍️

You will thank yourself later.
