The problem with wanting to get to our dream bodies as soon as possible is, we can forget to enjoy the journey. I'm guilty of that, multiple times in the past.
It wasn't until I got older, that I became more aware of the consequences of fast results. What's more, I saw it with others too.
I have a client-turned-friend who also experienced losing weight fast. While it worked for a while, she gained it all back after.
Plus, the mental scars from those months of restrictive eating had left their mark. She became terrified of eating in fear of gaining more weight.

Research has shown that no matter which diet you pick, at the end of the day, it's a question of "Are You Eating The Right Amounts Your Body Needs?"
When I shared that concept with her, her outlook on food and herself changed over time. She slowly became more comfortable eating a variety of food. She enjoyed her food journey while losing fat and gaining muscle along the way.
And when she finished her program, her views on her weight and food intake were different to 3 months prior. She enjoyed her food whenever she ate, and she became comfortable with who she was/is.
I couldn't be happier for her. She was where she wanted to be!
