WFH: MAKE YOU MOVE



With the ongoing pandemic, one thing I did notice with myself and others was, it's HARDER to EXERCISE 🧟.


With gyms closed, equipment different and mostly WFH, it's hard to find the MOTIVATION to move 😒.


There were 2 things I did to maximise my chances of training every week.

  • 1️⃣ Book my training sessions like I book my clients. I take it as a meeting with myself for myself 👩🏻‍💼.

  • 2️⃣ Have the equipment ready for easy set-up right before the workout so I don't have any excuse as to why I can't do it

Once I did these, it became a lot easier to get the workouts in every week.


If you need some ideas, here is my workout from the other day:

2 Sets

15/side Seated Leg Raise

15/side (Single Leg) Glute Bridge

15/side (Single Leg) Deadlift

15/side (Single Leg) Squat


4 Rounds: 3-min On + 2-min Off

10/side Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press

10 Pike Up

10 Banded Row

10 Squat Jump
