WHY RESTRICTIVE DIETS ARE OFF MY TABLE

I don't like restrictive diets mainly because they're so restrictive. I want to go for a diet that I can keep up until I'm past my 60s, so I don't want to miss out on any food adventures on my way there. Of course, there will be tweaks here and there, but all in all, I'd like to have my 🥦🥑🍗 and my 🍰🍪, thank you.

Here are 2 things I get by not going on restrictive diets:

  1. I don't get cravings often By eating a balanced meal when I'm hungry, I rarely have to worry about sudden, immense cravings for say 🍠🥕🍜🍚🥃🍱🍕. This would also prevent me from overeating (and increase my chances of weight gain) when I'd finally be able to eat whatever I wanted. Plus, I don't have to worry about overloading my body excessively for a few hours each day.

  2. More variety When you don't eliminate or demonize certain food groups, it opens up the doors to more flavors, textures, and even nutrition. Therefore, you don't have to worry about any sort of deficiency that might bite you in the 🍑 one day because you didn't eat enough of 🙊.

Gimme a 🙌 if you're all about enjoying life and all its wonders!
