Information is so readily available these days, it's so easy to get lost in the virtual woods. 💻🌳🌳
We hear all these great results others achieve, and we look at ourselves and just think thoughts💭 such as "I'm not good enough.", "why can't I be like that?" or "why am I not getting results like him/her?"
I hear you; I've been there. And let me tell you, it was not fun comparing myself to people around me. It got to the point that my friends had to intervene and tell me "Abs, you've lost your mojo...". I BROKE when I heard that.
After that, it took months of self-awareness and practice to climb back out of my mental hole, and stop comparing myself to others. And it was worth it!
Turns out the answer is simple. You are not that person. Your body, your life, your choices; all those are different.
And frankly speaking, you don't know that person's whole life either. You only know what they're showing you, which is probably only the good stuff. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♂️
So, before you become your own worst judge 👨🏻⚖️👩🏻⚖️ and make yourself feel horrible for all the mistakes you've made, and all the things you can't or haven't accomplished, think of WHAT YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED. 🏆
Look back 6 months or a year. What have you achieved? 🏆🥇
