Most people know what they need to do to improve their health.

They just don't do it.

And there can be many reasons. I've heard of - and formerly used 🙈 - the following:

- I'm too busy

- The task is too hard

- It takes too much time

- I have a lot of things on my plate

and much more

While these reasons may be valid and understandable, there's also a saying:

When there's a will, there's a way.

Finding that way may be tricky sometimes, but that's where calling in help may be useful. Sometimes it's about changing perspective; sometimes, it's about breaking goals down into smaller, doable action; sometimes, you just need fresh eyes.

Whatever it may be, that's where I come in: to help my clients get their ducks in a row and get sh!t done.
